Instructions
Place all ingredients in a small pan.
Stir until incorporated and heat over low heat for 25 minutes, stirring frequently (to prevent scorching).
Remove from heat and serve; or allow to cool and store in refrigerator.
Notes
Remember to stir the Mexican red sauce frequently while it cooks. A little scorching won't ruin your sauce but heavy scorching will!
