Strawberries & Cream Pie
This super easy Strawberries and Cream Pie will quickly become one of your favorite desserts. The pie starts with an amazing Nilla Wafer crust, a creamy, vanilla cream cheese layer followed by the most delicious strawberry layer. Deliciousness!

- 1 Vanilla Wafer or Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 4 oz softened Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 1/2 box Strawberry Gelatin Mix
- 1/3 cup Boiling Water
- 2 Ice Cubes
- 12 oz Whipped Topping divided
- 1 cup Strawberries hulled and chopped
In a large bowl combine cream cheese and pudding mix.
Beat until creamy and blended.
Fold in 4 oz whipped topping.
Beat until creamy and blended.
Spread mixture evenly in bottom of pie crust.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
In a large bowl combine gelatin mix and boiling water,
Whisk until dissolved.
Add ice cubes and whisk until dissolved.
Fold in strawberries.
Fold in 4 oz whipped topping until blended and color is consistent.
Spread mixture over cream cheese layer in crust and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Garnish with remaining whipped topping and strawberries (optional).
