- 2 lb Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 packets Brown Gravy Mix with water
- 18 oz frozen Peas and Carrots thawed
- 12 oz frozen Potatoes O'Brien or diced Hash Brown Potatoes thawed
- 8 refrigerated Biscuits
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400.
Brown ground beef in a large oven safe skillet until no longer pink.
Drain excess grease.
In a small bowl, combine gravy mix with water (as specified on packetand stir until blended.
Add garlic, potatoes, peas and carrots to ground beef.
Pour gravy over mixture.
Stir and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes until gravy thickens.
Cut biscuits in quarters and top skillet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden.
