- 1 lb Brussel Sprouts
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil divided
- 1 tsp Course Salt divided
- 1 tsp Black Pepper divided
Preheat oven to 400.
Grease baking sheet.
Trim end of brussel sprouts and cut in half.
Place on prepared pan, cut side up.
Season with half of salt and pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Turn sprouts over.
Drizzle with remaining olive oil and season with remaining salt and pepper.
Cook 10-15 more minutes.
