Red White & Blue Strawberry Cheesecake Bites
If you are needing a simple appetizer for Memorial Day or July 4th, these Red, White, & Blue Strawberry Cheesecake Bites will be perfect. We simply half strawberries, fill them with a tasty cheesecake mixture, and top them with blueberries. So Easy!
Ingredients
- 12 large Strawberries.
- 4 oz softened Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 4 oz Whipped Topping
- 48 Blueberries
Instructions
- Cut strawberries in half and remove stems and scoop out middles.
- Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until blended.
- Add vanilla and beat to blend.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Transfer cheesecake mixture to piping bag and pipe into each strawberry half.
- Garnish each with 2 blueberries and refrigerate until ready to serve.
