Ranch Crusted Chicken

- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 6 tsp Ranch Dip Seasoning Mix
- 2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Preheat oven to 400.
Split each breast in half (like butterflyinand pound to about 1/2" thick. Set aside.
Mix together sour cream and seasoning mix in a medium bowl until blended.
Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow plate.
Dip each piece of chicken in the sour cream mixture, turning to coat.
Place the chicken in the breadcrumbs and turn to coat evenly.
Place in a shallow rimmed baking sheet.
Bake 30 minutes, or until an internal temperature is 165.
Then broil on high on a lower rack watching closely until tops are golden brown (Watch closely as they can burn quickly).
