Pineapple Sauce

- 20 oz Crushed Pineapple
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
Drain pineapple juice into a small saucepan.
Add sugar and cornstarch. Whisk to combine.
Cook over medium-low heat until dissolved and syrup begins to thicken (about 5 minutes).
Add pineapple and continue to cook over medium-low heat for about 12-15 minutes, until sauce has thickened further.
Allow to cool.
