Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp minced Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Packet French Onion Soup Mix
  • 3 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 1/2 cup Elbow Noodles uncooked
  • 8 oz Sliced Provolone Cheese

Instructions

  • Crumble ground beef and brown in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Dice onion and pepper.
  • Add the onion, green pepper, french onion soup packet and minced garlic to the ground beef.
  • Add in the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth and stir.
  • Add in the milk and stir.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil then add the elbows.
  • Reduce heat to low and cover and simmer for 10 minutes until elbows are tender.
  • Slice or teat provolone into smaller pieces and stir into skillet. Stir until melted.

Notes

Try using mozzarella instead of provolone if you prefer it. For the best of both worlds, use both cheeses and maybe even double the amount of cheese!
