- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 cup Rice Krispies Cereal
- 2 cup Chocolate Melting Wafers
Line a baking sheet with waxed paper or parchment paper. Set aside.
Melt butter in a large mixing bowl before adding peanut butter. Mix until blended.
Stir in the Rice Krispies until well combined.
Add powdered sugar and mix until evenly incorporated.
Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls, place on the prepared sheet.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes,
Melt chocolate by microwaving for 1 minute and stirring then repeating until melted.
Dip the peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate using a fork and placing back on the cookie sheet.
Leave sitting a room temp until coating has set or chill to speed up the process.
