Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 cup Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 2 cup Chocolate Melting Wafers

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with waxed paper or parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Melt butter in a large mixing bowl before adding peanut butter. Mix until blended.
  • Stir in the Rice Krispies until well combined.
  • Add powdered sugar and mix until evenly incorporated.
  • Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls, place on the prepared sheet.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes,
  • Melt chocolate by microwaving for 1 minute and stirring then repeating until melted.
  • Dip the peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate using a fork and placing back on the cookie sheet.
  • Leave sitting a room temp until coating has set or chill to speed up the process.
