Peach Bread
This Peach Bread is a delicious recipe that uses fresh peaches. It's an easy quick bread recipe loaded with diced ripe peaches. Then, it's topped with a simple sweet glaze.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a 9x5" loaf pan and set aside.
Roughly dice peaches and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another medium bowl, combine sugar, milk, oil, egg, and vanilla by stirring.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fold in the peaches.
Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake for 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out dry.
Allow the bread to cool for 10 minutes in pan. Then, transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of milk and mix until smooth.
Drizzle over the cooled bread.
Notes
Avoid over-mixing the Peach Bread batter. Simply use a spatula to combine the ingredients. There is no need for a stand mixer.
