- 1 lb Brussel Sprouts
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/3 cup Parmesan finely grated
- 1/3 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 400.
In a medium-large bowl, combine oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk to combine.
Trim base of brussel sprouts and cut in half.
Add brussel sprouts to oil mixture and toss to caot.
Sprinkle parmesan over sprouts and toss to coat.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs over sprouts and toss to coat.
Transfer to baking pan and cook for 15 minutes.
Turn sprouts over and cookk for another 10 minutes, until brown and crispy.
Transfer to serving dish.
Use fresh Brussel sprouts for the best results.
Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese will allow for the best results.
