Oreo Cupcakes
Oreo Cupcakes are packed with delicious cookies and cream flavor. Made with Oreo buttercream icing, these tasty treats are great for parties!

Ingredients
Cupcakes:

White Cake Mix
3
Egg Whites
1/3
cup
Vegetable Oil
1 1/4
cup
Milk

Oreos
chopped
Frosting:
1
cup
Butter
softened

Powdered Sugar

tbsp
Milk

Oreos
finely crushed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Place cupcake liners in cupcake pans and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg whites, vegetable oil and milk.
Beat until blended.
Fold in chopped Oreos.
Fill each liner about 2/3 full.
Bake for 14-19 minutes until toothpick inserted in center come out clean.
Allow to cool completely before frosting.
Whip butter until fluffy.
Beat in powdered sugar a cup at a time.
Gradually add milk until frosting is fluffy.
Fold in crushed Oreos and blend until well distributed.
Transfer to piping bag to frost.
Notes
Double the ingredients for frosting, if you want tall layer of frosting like in pictures.
