- 23 squares Graham Cracker
- 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 12 oz Cool Whip
- 1 box Orange Gelatin 3.3 oz
- 1 cup Water boiling
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Sugar
Line bottom of 8x8" pan with graham crackers.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine gelatin and boiling water. Whisk until dissolved. Set aside to cool 10 minutes.
Add gelatin to cream cheese mixture and whip until blended.
Fold 1/2 of whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread 1/3 of orange mixture over graham cracker layer.
Add another layer of graham crackers.
Spread 1/2 of remaining orange mixture over graham cracker layer.
Add another layer of graham crackers.
Spread remaining orange mixture over graham cracker layer.
Spread remaining whipped topping over orange layer.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
