- 5 slices Ham
- 5 slices Pepperoni
- 5 slices Salami
- 5 slices Provolone
- 1 cup Lettuce chopped and diced
- 2 tbsp Banana Peppers chopped
- 1/4 cup Tomatoes diced
- 1/4 cup Red Onion diced
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
Cut the meats and cheese into bite size (1/4") pieces. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, basil and oregano. Stir until blended. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the meat, cheese, onion, tomatoes, lettuce and peppers.
Add the mayonnaise mixture and stir to combine.
- Consider skipping ingredients you know will get soggy/wet quicker if you're making this ahead of time. Your tomatoes might weep some moisture and get ingredients like your lettuce soggy and unpleasant.
- Mix things up and add in all sorts of other tasty sandwich ingredients. Alternatively, feel free to take out ingredients you don't like on your own sandwiches.
