Instant Pot Rice
Instant Pot Rice is the easiest way to cook up white, basmati, or jasmine rice. This is the perfect recipe for bowls, burritos, and more!

Ingredients

White Rice
long grain

Instructions
Rinse rice in cold water, then drain.
In the Instant Pot, combine the rinsed rice, water, and salt. Stir.
Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
After cooking is finished, allow the rice to sit for 10 minutes before doing a quick pressure release.
Fluff rice with a fork.
Notes
Be sure to wash your rice with water first-
Rinsing washes off excess starches-
mostly
on the surface of the rice grains.
