- 4 cup Water
- 1 lb Elbow Macaroni
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 12 oz 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese shredded
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese shredded
Add water, macaroni, butter, paprika salt and pepper to Instant Pot.
Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
Follow instructions to quick release pressure.
Remove lid.
Add evaporated milk and pepper jack cheee and stir until melted.
Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
Serve.
