- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 3 Potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 Onion finely diced
- 1 tbsp minced Garlic
- 3 cup Beef Broth
- 24 oz Italian/Spaghetti Sauce
- 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flake0
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 24 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables thawed
In a large dutch oven, cook onion, ground beef and garlic until browned. Drain fat.
Add all remaining ingredients, except mixed vegetables.
Bring to a simmer.
Cover and cook 10 minutes.
Stir in mixed vegetables.
Simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
