Ham Salad

- 3 cup leftover Ham
- 2 stalks Celery finely diced
- 1/2 large Red Onion finely diced
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/3 cup Sweet Relish
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Cut ham into pieces small enough to fit in food processor.
Pulse until it looks like crumbs.
Place ham, celery and onions in large bowl.
Add mayonnaise, mustard and relish and stir until well blended.
Add salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
