French Onion Soup Rice

Make this French Onion Soup Rice with just 4 ingredients. It’s an easy to bake casserole with tons of flavor. Serve it with a weeknight dinner or as a delicious holiday side.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Long Grain Rice
  • 10 oz Campbells French Onion Soup
  • 1 1/3 cup Beef Broth
  • 1/2 cup Butter cut in pats

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Pour rice into an 8×8" baking dish.
  • Add the French onion soup.
  • Add the beef broth.
  • Add pats of butter on top of mixture.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes.

Notes

You can also prepare this ahead of time as a make ahead recipe. After adding all of your ingredients and covering with foil, just put your French Onion Soup Rice in the fridge instead of the oven. When you’re ready to bake, just pick up where you left off and pop it in the oven!
