- 1 box Pineapple Gelatin 3 oz
- 1 cup Boiling Water
- 1 cup Ice
- 8 oz Frozen Whipped Topping thawed
- 20 oz Pineapple Chunks drained
- Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Mix gelatin with boiling water until dissolved.
Add ice and stir until dissolved.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and fold in whipped topping.
Fold in drained pineapple chunks.
Transfer mixture to pie crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Optionally garnish with whipped cream, cherries, and additional pineapple.
