- 1/2 English Cucumber thinly sliced
- 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp fresh Dill chopped
- 1/8 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 12 slices Bread
Slice your cucumber into even thin slices and set aside.
Beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add in onion powder, garlic powder, chopped dill, salt and pepper. Beat until blended.
Spread insides bread slices with the cream cheese mixture.
Place an overlapping Layer of cucumber slices onto cream cheese mixture on one slice.
Top with another bread slice, cream cheese mixture downwards.
Remove crusts and cut each sandwich into finger food pieces.
