Cranberry Salsa Dip
If you are needing an awesome Thanksgiving or Christmas appetizer, this Cranberry Salsa Dip will be perfect. It is loaded with a bit of spice that gives great flavors. Serve this dip with some crackers. Quick and Easy!
- 6 oz Cranberries
- juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Jalapeno
- 1 handful fresh Cilantro
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Cumin
- 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
Add all ingredients except cream cheese to food processor and pulse until chopped.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Spread cream cheese over bottom serving dish.
Top with salsa and serve with crackers.
