Cranberry Brie Bites
Cranberry Brie Bites are an easy, bite-sized snack that's perfect for parties. These fruity, cheesy bites make for a great holiday appetizer!

Ingredients

Puff Pastry Sheet

Brie Cheese

Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce

Rosemary sprig
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375.
Heavily grease mini muffin tin.
Spread a little flour out onto your counter.
Cut pastry sheet into 36 squares (about 1 3/4").
Place squares into muffin tin slots.
Top each with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Cut brie into small pieces and place on top of cranberry and top with a couple leaves of rosemary.
Bake another 2 minutes to melt brie.
Serve warm.
Notes
Drop in a very small piece of your brie. If you add too much, they will not be as pretty.
