- 15 1/4 oz White Cake Mix
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Sprinkles divided
Preheat the oven to 350.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat together the cake mix, egg, oil and vanilla until blended.
Fold in 1/2 cup of sprinkles.
Transfer remain sprinkle to a plate and set aside.
Form the dough into about a tablespoon sized balls.
Roll the balls in the sprinkles to coat.
Place the balls of dough 2" apart on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until cookies are just lightly brown and set.
Allow to cool for a couple of minutes then transfer to wire rack.
Repeat process with remaining dough.
