Instructions
Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until well mixed.
Transfer to serving bowl and drizzle with caramel topping before serving.
Notes
I always slice my apples last and drizzle with lemon juice to keep them from browning.
