Ingredients

  • 2 Apples I used a Honey Crisp and a Granny Smith
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 45 Mini Pretzels
  • 45 Kraft Caramels

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250.
  • Core apples, slice and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Put apple pieces in small bowl and coat with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Arrange pretzels on a baking sheet.
  • Unwrap caramels and place each on a pretzel.
  • Bake until caramels are soft (about 5-6 minutes).
  • Top each caramel with a piece of apple.

Notes

If you can, don’t skip tossing the apples in lemon juice. It keeps them from browning and that little bit of sour is just going to enhance the sweet and salty flavors from the pretzels and caramels
