Ingredients

  • 2 lb Kielbasa cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 6 oz Coca Cola
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • Slice Kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
  • Brown slices over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, until warmed through.
  • Add brown sugar and Coke to skillet and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low or medium low and simmer, stirring frequently. Sauce needs to thicken and caramelize, but not scorch.
  • Transfer to serving dish and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes (they are very hot).

Notes

  • Be cautious of over cooking the glaze.
  • Let the finished sauces sit for a few minutes before serving. The sauce is VERY HOT.
  • Serve with toothpicks for easy snacking.
