Breakfast Sausage Patties

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the pork.
Whisk to evenly distribute.
Add the pork and mix until spices are well distributed through the meat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Evenly divide the mixture into 8 portions and form into patties.
Cook in a skillet over medium heat about 4 minutes per side (until sausage is browned on each side and internal temperature is 160.
Notes
Be sure to use a meat thermometer to check for internal temperature of 160 Degrees.
