Bean Burritos
Bean Burritos are an easy meal loaded with creamy refried beans, cheese, and red sauce. Our homemade burrito recipe is better than Taco Bell! Perfect for a Mexican dinner night or even for meal-prepping.

Ingredients

or Enchilada sauce

10" Flour Tortillas (Burrito size) or 6 (8") Flour Tortillas (Regular size)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375.
In a medium saucepan, combine beans, onion powder, garlic powder and milk.
Stir to combine and cook over medium-low heat until mixture is warmed and creamy 9about 5 minutes).
Divide bean mixture and place in oval shape in each tortilla.
Divide red sauce and spread evenly over beans in each tortilla.
Divide onions and spread evenly over beans in each tortilla.
Divide cheese and spread evenly over beans in each tortilla.
Fold the bottom of each tortilla over the filling.
Fold in sides.
Rollthe filled section over the remaining section of the tortilla.
Transfer the burritos to a baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Notes
Be sure to place your burritos with the folded side down on the baking sheet.
