Banana Pudding Poke Cake
You will find all the flavors of a a banana cream pie in this super simple Banana Pudding Poke Cake. We make it with a boxed cake mix, banana pudding, layers of banana, and then topped with Cool-Whip. It is super quick and easy!

- 1 box White Cake Mix plus box ingredients
- 2 boxes Instant Banana Pudding 3.4 oz each
- 3 cup Milk
- 5 large Bananas
- 8 oz thawed Frozen Whipped Topping Cool Whip
Prepare cake in 13x9" pan according to box directions.
Allow to cool until just slightly warm.
Use spoon handle to poke holes evenly across cake.
Allow to cool.
Combine milk and pudding mix and whisk until well blended.
Pour pudding over cake making sure it gets down into holes.
Slice bananas and distribute over pudding layer.
Refrigerate cake for 15 minutes to allow pudding to set up.
Spread whipped topping evenly over cake.
Garnish with a few banana slices.
