each cut into 3 smaller sections
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with non-stick spray. Swt aside.
In a shallow dish whisk together brown sugar, cayenne, paprika and pepper. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 350.
Pat little smokies dry with a paper towel.
Cut each bacon slice into 3.
Wrap each sausage with a piece of the cut bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Roll and sprinkle each wrapped smokie in the sugar/spice mixture and place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes and then broil for several minutes, watching closely, until crisp.
Notes
Add extra seasonings for additional flavors!
