1tbspminced garlic

48ozSpaghetti Sauce2 jars
1tspOregano
1tspBasil
1lbLasagna Noodles
15ozRicotta Cheese
8ozMozzarella Cheese
1/2cupWater
Instructions
Grease the crock of your slow cooker. Set aside.
Crumble ground beef into a large skillet.
Add onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook over medium high heat until browned.
Drain any exceess grease.
Add spaghetti sauce, oregano and basil to pan and stir to combine.
Put a layer of sauce in bottom of the crock.
Place a layer of noodles next.
Then a layer of ricotta and mozzarella.
Repeat these layers until crock pot is full (3-4 sets of layers).
Pour water in on the sides.
Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
Notes
Keep the lid on your slow cooker while cooking (no peeking, lol). This will keep the heat and moisture in.
