Dill Pickle Pasta Salad

This Dill Pickle Pasta Salad is an easy, delicious side dish that’s perfect for potlucks and summer barbecues. It’s made with pasta, dill pickles, and a creamy dressing. The tangy flavor of the dill pickles pairs perfectly with the creamy dressing. This salad is always a crowd a favorite.

Ingredients

  • 4 cup Dry Shell Pasta
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickle Juice
  • 1 1/4 cup petite Dill Pickles sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese diced (about 6 oz)
  • 1/4 cup Onion diced
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 tbsp fresh Dill

Instructions

  • Cook pasta al dente, according to package directions.
  • Drain and transfer to large bowl.
  • Add pickle juice to pasta and mix to coat.
  • Set aside and allow to cool.
  • Add pickles, cheese and onion to pasta.
  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper and dill. Stir until blended.
  • Add dressing to pasta bowl and toss to coat.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
