Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion diced
  • 6 Hard Boiled Eggs sliced
  • 1 cup Celery diced
  • 2 cups Frozen Peas
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 8 slices Bacon cooked chopped

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and sugar. Mix until blended. Set aside.
  • Place lettuce in bottom of salad bowl.
  • Top with a layer of onion.
  • Add a layer of the sliced eggs.
  • Top with a layer of peas.
  • Place the dressing we made on top of the peas.
  • Now finish with the bacon and shredded cheese.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
