Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1-2 tbsp Caramel Ice Cream Topping

Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Add brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until well mixed.
  • Transfer to serving bowl and drizzle with caramel topping before serving.

Notes

I always slice my apples last and drizzle with lemon juice to keep them from browning.
