Jell-O Ice Cream Mold

Ingredients

  • 48 oz Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 box Orange Gelatin (3 oz)
  • 4 cup Water boiling divided
  • 1 box Lime Gelatin (3 oz)
  • 1 box Lemon Gelatin (3 oz)
  • 1 box Cherry Gelatin (3 oz)

Instructions

  • Grease a bundt pan or gelatin mold and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine orange gelatin mix and 1 cup of boiling water.
  • Stir to dissolve.
  • Add 12 ounces of ice cream and stir until blended.
  • Add to mold and refrigerate for 15 minutes until the top is slightly set.
  • In a medium bowl, combine lime gelatin mix and 1 cup of boiling water.
  • Stir to dissolve.
  • Add 12 ounces of ice cream and stir until blended.
  • Gently add to mold and refrigerate for 15 minutes until the top is slightly set.
  • Repeat with the remaining 2 layers and refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
  • Loosen edges with a butter knife to aid release.

Notes

Experiment with different flavors of Jello. Make your mold in a bundt pan or even a 9X13 pan or dish.
