In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion.
Drain grease, rinse with water and transfer to slow cooker.
Add tomatoes, garlic, brown sugar, Worcestershire, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
Add ketchup and broth.
Stir to combine and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Add cooked macaroni and allow to heat for 15 minutes.
