Chocolate Covered Cinnamon Bears

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Melting Chocolate for dipping
  • 1 lb Cinnamon Bears like Gummi Bears

Instructions

  • Either line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or wax paper or if you have a piece of floral foam use that.
  • Insert a toothpick in the bottom of each bear.
  • Melt chocolate by microwaving for 45 seconds, stirring and repeating until melted and smooth.
  • Dip bear in chocolate to coat and then tap toothpick on side of container to shake off excess chocolate.
  • Stick bean in foam or place on prepared pan and allow to cool.
