3 Ingredient Sausage Balls are so simple to make with Bisquick, sausage and cheese. These are the best party appetizer: perfect for game day! Goes great with a side of 3 Ingredient BBQ Sauce or 3 Ingredient Honey Mustard for dipping.

Bisquick Mix
Instructions
Shred half of the cheese and place in the bowl of a stand mixer.
Crumble sausage and add to bowl.
Add 1 1/2 cup of baking mix.
Mix on low with paddle blade until blended.
Shred and add the remainder of the cheese and the remainder of the Bisquick.
Mix on low with paddle blade until blended.
Preheat oven to 350.
Shap mixture into 1" balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 20-24 minutes, until bottom of balls are starting to brown.
Tranfer to paper towel line tray to remove excess grease.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Use a quality fatty sausage for your appetizer balls. The fat helps bind the ingredients.
