No Bake Apple Pie

No Bake Apple Pie needs no oven to taste good! Graham cracker crust and homemade apple pie filling are all you need for this easy pie recipe.

Ingredients

  • 6 Apples cored peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp Apple Pie Spice
  • 1 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 3 oz box Lemon Gelatin
  • 1 4.6 oz box Cook and Serve Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 10 inch Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 1/4 cup Crushed Cinnamon Graham Cracker Topping

Instructions

  • Heat apples, water, apple pie spice and gelatin in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, until apples are tender.
  • Add vanilla pudding mix and cook until thickened (about 10-15 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
  • Transfer contents to pie crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Sprinkle top of pie with graham cracker crumbs.
