Ingredients

SLAW

  • 3 cups shredded Cabbage or Slaw Mix
  • 3/4 cup shredded Carrots
  • 1 large Red Apple
  • 1 large Green Apple

DRESSING

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Celery Salt

Instructions

  • Core and julienne the apples into straw size pieces. Place in large bowl.
  • Add cabbage and carrots to bowl and toss to mix.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until well blended.
  • Pour dressing over cabbage mix and toss to coat.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
