You can make Instant Pot Baked Potatoes so quickly and easy. No need to turn on your oven. They come out so soft and fluffy. Add on some butter or your other favorite toppings!

  • 4 large Idaho Potatoes
  • 1 cup Water


  • Wash potatoes and dry.
  • Pierce potatoes on all sides with a fork to release pressure.
  • Place potatoes on rack in pressure cooker.
  • Add water to pot.
  • Cook on high pressure, no keep warm for 15 minutes.
  • Allow pressure to release naturally.
