House Salad

House Salad is a great appetizer or starter loaded with fresh vegetables and cheese. We made it just like your favorite restaurant makes it!

Ingredients

  • 4 cup Leaf Lettuce cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 1/2 cup Grape Tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 ½ c Cucumber thin sliced
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • 3/4 cup Red Onion thin sliced and cut in half
  • 2/3 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • In a large serving bowl, add all ingredients and toss to mix.
  • Now just add your favorite salad dressing and toss to coat.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for the best flavorful profile.
