Christmas Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Pear sliced
  • 2 Green Apple cored and sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup Green Grapes
  • 3 Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 pint Raspberries
  • 4 oz Pomegranate arils
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 4 tbsp Orange Juice

Instructions

  • Cut all the fruit into bite sized pieces and place in a large glass bowl.
  • Whisk together honey and orange juice until blended.
  • Drizzle over fruit and gently toss to coat.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Be very careful when mixing, mix lightly to avoid crushing the fresh raspberries.
