Ingredients
Oreo Crust
30Oreo Cookies
6tbspmelted Butter
Pie Filling
1cupHeavy Cream
16ozCream Cheeseroom temperature
1/2cupCaramel Sauce
3/4cupPowdered Sugar
1/2tspVanilla Extract
Toppings
2-3tbspCaramel Sauce
2-3tbspChocolate Syrup
Whipped Cream
1/4cupPecans
Instructions
Grease a 9 inch pie pan and set aside.
Add the Oreos to a food processor and pulse until they are crushed to fine crumbs.
Add the melted butter and pulse to mix.
Transfer the mixture into prepared pan and press into an even layer on the bottom and up the sides.
Refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes before filling.
In a large bowl beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
Add in the caramel, powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
Beat until combined and smooth. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Add cream cheese mixture to whipped cream and fold to combine.
Evenly spoon the filling into the prepared pie crust.
Drizzle the top with with caramel sauce and chocolate syrup.
Decorate with dollops of whipped cream and garnish with pecans.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Notes
Be sure to never over beat the heavy whipping cream. Only beat until stiff peaks form. Over beating will cause the whipped cream to collapse.
