Ingredients
BBQ Sauce
2/3cupBrown Sugar packed
1cupKetchup
3tbspWorcestershire Sauce
Pork Chops
1/4tspGarlic Powder
1/4tspOnion Powder
1/2tspSalt
1/2tspBlack Pepper
4Boneless Pork Chops
Instructions
Place all BBQ Sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium low heat.
Stir until dissolved and mixture comes to a boil.
Turn off heat and transfer about half to a bowl to serve with the finished chops.
Set the bowl and the pan aside.
Mix together onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Preheat grill to medium or medium-high.
Season both sides of pork chops spice mix.
Place pork chops on the grill, cook for 3 minutes.
Turn chops over and brush bbq sauce over the tops and sides. Note:Use the bbq sauce in the pan to brush chops.
Cook another 6 minutes.
Turn chops over and brush bbq sauce over the tops and sides again. Note:Use the bbq sauce in the pan to brush chops.
Cook another 6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145
Transfer to a plate or platter and cover with foil for about 5 minutes to rest.
Serve with remaining bbq sauce in the bowl.
Notes
Be sure the to check the internal temperature of your pork chops. You will need to let them reach 145 degrees.
