Parmesan Grilled Corn on the Cob

Parmesan Grilled Corn on the Cob tastes great with homemade garlic butter. This quick and easy recipe is perfect for grillouts and barbecues!

Ingredients

  • 4 ears Sweet Corn
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Remove husks and silk from corn.
  • Preheat your grill on medium-high heat.
  • Place ears of corn on the grill and cook for 15 minutes turning every 3-5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic.
  • Brush the corn with the garlic butter mixture after removing it from the grill.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Notes

Be sure to remove the husks and silk from the corn before grilling.
