Sweet Chili Chicken Breast
If you are looking for a delicious chicken to make on the grill this summer, this Sweet Chili Grilled Chicken is a must try. You will find the flavor a little sweet, a little spicy... a bit of an Asian flare.
- 2 1/2 lb Chicken Breast cut in half
- 1 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1/4 cup Lite Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil or Olive Oil
- 1 tsp minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground Ginger
Place chicken breasts into 1 gallon zippered freezer bag.
Add remaining ingredients.
Seal bag. Shake and squeeze to mix and coat.
Refrigerate for at least one hour or up to overnight.
Grill until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
