Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk together all ingredients until well blended.

Notes

You can use Maple Syrup instead of Honey
Use a good quality Olive Oil
