Ingredients

  • 1 can Crescent Roll Dough
  • 1 1/2 cup diced Ham
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Bell Pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup Onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Lightly spray 9x13" baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Unroll crescent dough and pinch perforations to make a single sheet.
  • Place in bottom of prepared baking dish.
  • Prebake for 10 minutes.
  • Evenly spread the ham over the prebaked dough.
  • Place onion and pepper in a microwave safe container and microwave for 90 seconds.
  • Spread onion and pepper mixture over the dough.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  • Pour egg mixture over the top of the casserole
  • Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until eggs are set.

Notes

Consider using other breakfast meats like sausage or bacon.
Also, consider using other veggies like mushrooms, tomatoes, etc.
Fresh shredded cheese will be the best. If in a pinch, store-bought pre-shredded cheese will work too!
